Heads up to everyone searching for the perfect black suede thigh-high for fall. I've been frantically searching for the perfect thigh high boot (similar to those that have been popping up in fashion editorials all over) without having to spend a ton. I happened to come across these two amazing and amazingly cheap stunners. The bottom boot is for the more bold fashionistas. I went with the top boot from makemechic.com as I thought they would get more wear and better yet, they cost only $32!!! Cheap, but will they do the trick?! Stay tuned...

My birthday is about a month away and I am still dreaming about the Sam Edelman Zoe boots.... No matter how crazy I am about them I can't reason with myself to spend $345 on shoes since I don't have a job at the moment - even if they're my dream boot! I'm thinking maybe if I get enough bday money I'll treat myself and that's only if they're not completely sold out by then! Perhaps they'll show up on my doorstep from the birthday fairy. Any takers for the job as the birthday fairy?!

The new iceage boots from nine west came in yesterday. The toe is more pointy than anticipated, but i love them almost as much as i thought i would. I adore the olive color and they are extremely comfortable. I wore them out dancing all last night and they held up great. It was the perfect way to break 'em in. Today my boy and i hit up the zoo which was a nice way to mix it up. The last pic in the set is from last night. It was chilly so i broke out the fur vest. Hope you're all having a great weekend!

My boy got back in LA on sunday so we celebrated with ice cold margaritas which actually followed a breakfast of onion rings, biscuits, and a peanut butter shake. It was a delicious day all around.

Ok, back to this blogging thing. It's been at times an extremely busy or extremely boring summer and somehow both have consumed all my time! I am currently obsessing over a new pair of booties. The olive from nine west are my current faves although I don't think I can resist the bovine by steve madden. Decisions decisions... This is all just part of my plan to take my mind off of the balenciaga harness and emma cook boots I'm STILL lusting over....sob!
