I have to give a little shout out to my girls in Colorado (you know who you are). I put this outfit together today inspired by Colorado and the dropping temperature in LA this week. It was comfy cozy and so cute. I've had this wool vest forever and have never worn it. I was finally inspired and something cute came out of it! Thanks K & N!

Who: Miroslava Mikheeva-Duma
What: Fashion Editor, Harper's Bazaar Russia
Why: Have YOU seen her?!
I am completely infatuated with this girl. She has one of the most inspirational and unique styles I have ever seen. She always looks polished and is always put together in some original order that is freaking genius. She is the queen of layering and always pulls unique pieces together to make one fabulous ensemble. Not to mention she has great hair. If you haven't heard of her, do your research! You'll be glad you did!
Why she stands out:
Individuality? Check! Check!

I just ordered MOST of this outfit online at Forever21.com. I left the shoes and jeans (which would prob look better in black with this outfit) out of my order because you never know how they'll fit from 21 without trying them on first. It's usually pretty wise to try on most items from 21 before purchasing. I couldn't resist the sweater and bag though. Bonus, the bag was on sale! I also went ahead and ordered the thick grey headband I featured in the post below. Couldn't resist. I've been in love with the color grey recently. It is such a cool alternative to black. Hope you all had a good weekend. Two-day work week coming up! Yay!

The best way to fall into Fall is by adding a bit of plaid to your wardrobe. Even living in warm, sunny California which really doesn't have the completeness of the season (not like the East Coast at least), I instantly feel more connected to the beautiful season the moment I put on something plaid. Even if it's just a headband. You would be doing yourself a huge favor by adding a bit to your wardrobe. I guarantee it! Channel that inner school girl and put on some plaid!

Today Brendon and I went to Pasadena to look for apts and grab an early dinner. I just love Pasadena. So many stores to shop and cute restaurants to eat at. I love the city-like feel of Old Town. Reminds me just a bit of living in Philly. I miss being able to walk out of my apt and go shopping! If you're around that area and haven't been to Old Town Pasadena, be sure to check it out. At least go for a day of shopping. Also, I promise to start posting pics of my own daily wear soon so keep checking back! Kate Moss to end your Saturday...

The shapes! The fabrics! The detail! Donatella took the mini dress to a whole new level in Versace's Spring 09 ready-to-wear. I can't get over the zipper detail and the genius of the hearts. The jumpsuit is adorable. The blue mini is too sweet. I would kill for any of these dresses. Honestly. Toto, I don't think we're in Miami anymore...
